I invited a ton of friends and family over to the house this past weekend to celebrate the launch of Slatherin’ Sauce® and our upcoming exhibition at Taste! Gourmet Food Show. We all had a great time imbibing, eating and generally slathering it on. Our pitmaster, John, grilled up some mahi mahi, shrimp skewers, bacon-wrapped venison, kielbasa and chicken. Other friends brought some Boston butts, game hen and duck. On the side we indulged in beet salad, quinoa and pimento cheese grits.
Needless to say, we were all full and happy by the end. We even coined the term “slather coma.”
